Wolfgang Jilka has over 20 years of hospitality industry experience. Prior to moving into hotel sales, Wolfgang gained valuable banquet management, convention and conference services experience while working in a leadership role with Loews Hotels in San Diego. Wolfgang fine-tuned his selling and contract negotiation skills while working with Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts, then left the company as Director of Sales when he was called upon to restructure the sales organization at Meadowood Napa Valley. Wolfgang assisted a diverse customer base ranging from Corporations, Associations, Government Dignitaries and YPO/WPO/EO. His hands-on approach and his commitment to his clients has earned him respect and recognition by his clients and peers.

Wolfgang is a graduate of Hotel Management School in Austria. Wolfgang speaks multiple languages, including English, German and French which come in handy when assisting clients with international programs.
